Several years ago I decided that life in Summit County was moving too fast. So my partner and I decided to relocate to Grand Lake. We are custom homebuilders and build one home a year. After living and working here for a while I decided to go back to work selling real estate.

In 1992, while living on the Front Range, my wife and I toured much of the West looking for the perfect spot for our vacation/retirement home. We eventually ended up back here, close to home, in Grand Lake. We built our home in 1994, in Columbine Lake, and moved up here full time in 2002. I think the Grand Lake area is the perfect mix of country living, wilderness environment, and access to the advantages of a metropolitan area.

With a degree in Economics, experience in business, construction, and a 28 year career in the Fire Service; retiring as an Assistant Fire Chief; I believe I can help you find your personal refuge here in the Grand Lake area.
